I can't open links
I can't open any links in my computer IDK why. Could it be my new Hp windows 7 with norton 360 Anti-virus.
-EDIT-
So far I tried closing down norton 360 and pressed on links that go to other pages within a site, but it doesn't work. It seems to be its only links that supposebly open a new tab/window. Like I can't open a link from someone's thread in guildwarsguru, yet I can click on user cp, faq, log out, and so forth.

Firefox with the NoScript extension will block links on some sites if you don't allow an exception for the site. Pop up blockers can stop new tabs and windows from opening. I'd check your web browser settings if I were you, or provide more information about which browser you use.

You can download and use a different web browser. <--- Best option.
Or, configure IE8 so it does not block you from browsing. When IE blocks pop ups, it displays a message bar at the top. You can click on that message window to allow the link. Click on "Tools," Pop up Blocker, Pop up Blocker Settings to configure that feature. Type in guildwarsguru.com to allow all pop ups or redirects from Guru. If I were you, I would just click the message bar when it displays to open the links you want rather than allow everything. Actually, if I were you, I wouldn't use IE.
There may be other settings or features of IE preventing you from opening links. Someone who uses that browser may be able to help with that.

Step one is most definitely installing a better web browser.
Either Mozilla's Firefox, or Google's Chrome. Either are good, though my personal preference is FireFox.

It may have a connection to the security level(s) you've set in the browser.
